Reforms of active labour market policies and impact evaluation
OECD countries are taking steps to adapt and reform their systems of active labour market policies (ALMP) by changing their institutional set-up, adjusting the composition of the ALMP basket, modernizing public employment services and addressing labour market challenges that are brought by the megatrends and the green and digital transitions. The OECD, in many cases in co-operation with the European Commission, is supporting countries with the design, implementation and evaluation of reforms and policy changes.
