The OECD will present its latest Economic Survey of Türkiye on Thursday 10 April 2025. The Survey looks at the country’s recent performance and how it can maintain its strong growth and fiscal sustainability. The report also takes an in-depth look at the challenges of boosting business dynamism and female labour participation rates.
OECD Secretary General Mathias Cormann will present the Survey’s findings at a launch event alongside Türkiye’s Minister of Treasury and Finance Mehmet Şimşek at 11:30 local time/10:30 CEST time at the OECD Istanbul Centre.
The Secretary General will also open the first OECD Emerging Markets Forum with Prof. Dr. Ömer Bolat, Minister of Trade, Government of Türkiye, discussing how countries can leverage connectivity and sustainable infrastructure to further embed themselves in global supply chains. The opening session will be livestreamed here at 09:30 local time (08:30 CEST).
