These include start-ups, high-growth firms, and traditional businesses across various sectors and geographies. The core purpose of D4SME is to facilitate knowledge exchange among government bodies, industry leaders, and academia within OECD countries, aiming to identify and promote effective policy practices that support SMEs in their digitalisation journey.
