The project “Towards person-centered integrated care: Aligning the health service workforce in Ireland with the needs of the person and population” aims to support Ireland’s overall reform process, focusing on developing a multidisciplinary workforce model for integrated care and improved co-ordination between acute and community-based care. The project is implemented by the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs (ELS), in co-operation with the Reform and Investment Task Force (SG REFORM) of the European Commission. The project is funded by the European Union (EU).
