Participants in the launch include:
Mia Mottley, Prime Minister of Barbados
Ryan R. Straughn, Minister of Finance, Ministry of Finance, Economic Affairs and Investment, Barbados
Mathias Cormann, Secretary General, Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
Ilan Goldfajn, President, Inter-American Development Bank (IDB)
